[3.3.x] Support Forum • 3.3.9 hight CPU usage after migration

Hello everyone.
I'll will try to explain my problem best as I can.
I ran 3.3.9 on a VPS (apache, php 7.4, myql 5.7.40), It worked fine.
Problem appeared when I moved to a new host. mysql 5.7.40 is outdated so i switched to mysql-8.0.35.
New server is openlitespeed, php 7.4, mysql-8.0.35. I also tried php 8.0.30 - it was pretty much the same.

I did migrations before but I never upgraded the msql version it was always 5.7.40 to 5.7.40.
Now that I moved form 5.7.40 to 8.0.35 I am getting 100% with every other query (not every) and forum hangs and breaks connection.
When I look ant htop I can see that mysql is using pretty much all of the CPU.
Same happens if I delete cache, disable/enable plugin. I get 100% cpu usage when reload the website (after deleting cache or disabling any plugin) which lasts sometimes for hour.

All I did is forum migration, as I mentioned, I never had this problem with previous migrations. It worked fine if msql version is the same.

I narrowed my problem to msql versions but I can't figure out what is it exactly.
